Prize winners will receive cash awards and engagements for concerto and solo performances.

A number of additional prizes may be presented. All prizes are offered in principle and are subject to negotiation.

At the discretion of the Jury, up to four major awards may be allocated to participants under the age of twenty-two, born on or after 29 April 1987, who show outstanding potential, irrespective of the stage that they reach in the Competition. Pianists receiving awards will be assisted by the Competition administration in achieving their choice of teacher or music institution to further their studies. They may also be included in the programme of concert engagements.
